Visit Moderna Museet Malmö during your holiday break and be inspired by the artworks in the ongoing exhibitions!
February Holiday Workshop: 18-21 February 2014
The museum's exhibition A Way of Life is made up of many, many photographs. Many of them show people who are happy or sad, who close their eyes or watch, swim or are cycling. An image of a human is known as a portrait. How many people can fit in a portrait? At the museum you get a task of looking up your favourite image. Save it in your memory and bring it to the Workshop, where we ask ourselves: How long can a drawing be? How many people, old men, old women and other creatures can fit in a drawing? We will see if we can find out by drawing a mighty long drawing together in the Workshop!
Easter Holiday Workshop: 15-17 April 2014: Secret Easter boxes
Almost everyone has heard about Easter eggs, but what avout Easter boxes? During the Easter break we will go for a hunt for these Easter boxes in the museum. They seems to be hidden everywhere and they are filled with secret tasks and stories from the photographies in the exhibition A Way of Life. In The Workshop we create our own boxes to hide secrets or surprises in. Who would you like to give an Easter box to this Easter? And what will the box look like? Welcome to all children and adults who are free during the Easter break!
