What can you do with cardboard, towels and textile tangle? This is what children from 2 years and up can discover when it is time again for the Moderna Museet Malmö's popular Family Sunday on Sunday 28 March.
This Family Sunday the works of Louise Nevelson and Yves Klein will serves as an inspiration. Both Louise Nevelson and Yves Klein have worked with one-color artwork, assemblage, which they created by various materials. Klein used the sponges and his image is completely blue. Nevelson sculpture is made of different wood and painted entirely in black. After looking at the two artists' monochromes the groups will go into the workshop and make their own one-color images with structures of different materials.
Four groups at. 11:30, 12:30, 13:30 and 14:30 starts with a mini tour of the exhibition Spectacular times and will then let the creativity flow in the Workshop.
