1960s films from the Moderna Museet collection
20 October, 17 November 7 pm
In the 1960s, the concept of art was broadened. The period is one of experiment and change, and video became a new artistic medium. Thanks to Pontus Hultén’s interest in film, Moderna Museet came to play an important part in the development of video as a new art form in Sweden. In conjunction with the Spectacular Times exhibition, we are showing selected video works from the collection. The film screenings are included in the admission fee.
