THE UNHOLY PRESENTS SHADOW THEATRE

The Unholy is a constellation consisting of Lisa Jeannin, Rolf Schurrmans, Per-Henrik Fredriksson and Vilhelm the turtle. The group has just finished a Europe tour with the performance Shadow Theatre. Shadow Theatre is about the creation of the universe, evolution and about a chequered world which is a reflection of the real world, but it is in the chequered world we believe we live in.

Lisa Jeannin och Rolf Schuurmans live and work in Hakebo, Småland. Jeannin studied at Malmö Art Academy and at s’Hertogenbosch, Schuurman studied at The Art Academy of Tilburg. Per-Henrik Fredriksson is, among others things, a juggler and linked to Karavan, a stage setting for circus and music in Malmö. Vilhelm the turtle has been making music and performances together with Lisa Jeannin since the late 90s. Lisa Jeannin was awarded—for the second time—with the Edstrandska scholarship this year.
