Night of Philosophy at Moderna Museet Saturday, 17 June, 2017

Are we all turning into cyborgs? Are we animals, humans or machines? How do we relate ethically to other living creatures? In June, you are invited to a night packed with talks, debates and artistic events on the theme of nature and artificiality.

From 19.00 to 03.00, starting on Saturday, 17 June, you can listen to discussions and take part in debates on urgent issues on how our lives and our environment are being transformed by technology. What political standpoint can we take in such matters? Our exhibition spaces, the Restaurant, the Bar and the Auditorium will host thinkers, artists and performers from Sweden, France and Germany, way into the small hours. All events will be in English, and admission is free.

The night is organised jointly by Moderna Museet, Södertörn University, École normale supérieure, Institut français and Goethe – Institut Schweden.
