Vaccination certificates and visiting the museum

Our exhibitions are open as usual. But you will need to present a vaccination certificate from 1 December to attend any special programmes or events with more than 100 participants.

From 1 December, the government’s new directives and the Public Health Agency’s covid-19 recommendations and measures for general gatherings and public events apply.

Museum visits in general are not counted as “General gatherings and public events”. Therefore, you are still welcome to visit the museum without having to present a vaccination certificate.

However, you will need to show a vaccination certificate and id-card from 1 December if you want to attend any special programmes or events with more than 100 participants. Information about when a vaccination certificate is required will be available on the web page for each respective activity, to help you prepare for your visit.

What is a vaccination certificate?

A vaccination certificate is a digital document showing that you have been vaccinated against Covid-19. In Sweden, it is issued by E-hälsomyndigheten.

You can easily download your vaccination certificate at www.covidbevis.se.
