Children in the workshop

Family Sunday

On Sundays, children and adults are welcome to join our special guided tours (in Swedish), followed by a session in the Workshop where we make things in different materials depending on the theme of the day.

Sundays at 11.15: Mini tour for kids aged 2–6. In Swedish

One of our art educators shows works in the museum collection. Then we paint, draw and sculpt in the beautiful workshop.

Sundays at 13: Tour and workshop session for kids aged 7–14. In Swedish

One of our art educators takes kids on a longer tour to look at the current exhibition or the permanent collection. In the workshop we then create art inspired by the works we have seen.

You will find information about possible changes and the themes in the calendar.

Tickets are available at the information desk the same day. Limited availability. No pre-booking. Entrance ticket to som of our temporary, exhibitions is required for those over 18 years.

Drop-in workshop: paint & draw

During the holiday events and on Sundays until March 2018, we have a drop-in wokshop where you can paint and draw. You can drop in without going on the guided tour, and we use simpler techniques and materials, such as paint and crayons. There are no themes – it’s an open painting and drawing workshop.
