How can sound, melody and vibrations become painting? Together with Offstage Chamber Music Association, we invite you to a music workshop for everyone from 4 years old.

Date: 11 maj 

Time: at 13.00 – 16.00 

Location: The Workshop 

Age: From 4 years and up. Children accompanied by an adult

Language: Swedish/English

Tickets: No pre-registration. Limited seats. First come, first served. The activity is included in the admission fee. Free admission for those 18 and under.

With brushes and paint, but also with everyday objects, we explore what happens when art meets live music. How do we feel the music and how are body movements affected? The whole body and all the senses can be involved when music turns into painting.
We paint in large format on the floor, so that the whole body is activated. How does the music feel and where does it feel? How are the body movements affected by the music, are there quick brushstrokes or long sweeps? A lot of colour, a little colour or different colours? Sharpen your senses as music turns into painting!
The concert starts shortly after we open the workshop at 13.00 and lasts for about 30 minutes, then we continue to listen to music while we paint.
