New Years Workshop at Moderna!

Shape – colour – transform

Our workshop turns into a New Year’s Workshop! For four days there will be creativity with drop-in for all ages. Come and create together with our art educators. We are inspired by transformation, opposites and strange creatures that we find in the art in our exhibitions.

Date: 2 – 5 January 2025

Time: Drop-in between 11.00 and 15.00

Age: For all ages. Recommended from 4 years and up. Children in company of an adult.

Location: Verkstan (The Workshop)

Ticket: The activity is included in the admission fee. Free admission for those 25 and under.

Monsters and enchanting creatures or a mixture of both – you can create anything in the self-drying clay we use. If you want to colour your sculpture, we have strong pigment colours to work with. You can also build your sculpture on a wooden base with steel wire and work freely from it.

We start each day with a short family-friendly guided tour in one of our exhibitions. Colour like Maria Prymachenko or shape and build like Monster Chetwynd!
