No prior experience is required. Bring your own material; pen and writing book.
We gather in the middle of the exhibition “REDOUBT” in the Turbine Hall. We begin with a few simple group exercises to warm up. After that, there will be time for individual writing. There will also be optional prompts and exercises for those who want help generating ideas or simply wish to write freely. The aim is to write without any pressure to perform or produce a result – a moment of focused, quiet writing on your own.
About Lina Sundahl Djerf
Lina Sundahl Djerf has over 15 years of experience as a writing journalist and radio producer. She is currently studying to become a screenwriter for film and television. Sundahl Djerf sees writing as both play and seriousness. The joy of it can disappear under pressure, but it’s also not possible to wait for inspiration – otherwise nothing may happen. Just like before a physical workout, a warm-up can activate the creative muscles.
