Social media comments policy for Moderna Museet

We encourage dialogue and discussion about our exhibitions and activities on our social media channels. To ensure that these discussions are maintained constructive and respectful, we have a Social Media Comments Policy.

Our comment fields are moderated daily. Moderation is executed manually and sometimes it may take a while before we detect comments that violate the policy.

SOCIAL MEDIA COMMENTS POLICY

Respect and decency: We do not tolerate threats, hatred, personal attacks or other language or comments that can be perceived as offensive. Our social networking platform is for positive dialogue and constructive criticism, not negativity.
Defamation and spreading of rumours: Comments containing libel, false allegations or gossip about private persons will be removed immediately.
Incitement to racial hatred: We do not accept comments that can be perceived as incitement to racial hatred. All visitors should feel welcome and appreciated, regardless of background.
Relevance: Stick to the topic of the post. Off-topic comments or attempts to redirect discussions to irrelevant content are not allowed.
Advertising and spam: Do not use our comment fields for advertising, promotion or spam. You are welcome to share your thoughts and opinions on the current topic, but not to spread other messages.
External links and images: We do not allow comments that contain external links or images due to the difficulty of verifying the reliability and/or copyright of such sources.

Actions in case of violation of policy

If you do not follow this policy, your post may be deleted and you may be blocked from commenting in the future. The degree of action depends on the seriousness of the breach. In case of repeated or serious violations, we do not hesitate to take stronger measures, including permanent blocking and police report.
