Magnus Wallin is making a new work, “Skyline”, for his Moderna Museet Projekt. This video installation combines aesthetics from Leni Riefenstahl’s film on the Berlin Olympics from 1936 with anatomical drawings from the Renaissance and pictures from Olof Rudbeck’s famous Anatomy Theatre in Uppsala.
In Prästgården (the Old Vicarage) a small room is constructed in the former Assembly Hall, where one wall is taken up by a screen on which the video is projected from the back.
