Studio Social is a new monthly activity for Moderna Museet visitors aged 15 to 23. Together, we explore the museum’s collection or a temporary exhibition, chat, and create in a vibrant, creative environment.
On Saturday 21 March, we will take a critical look at what we have learned at school and explore queer narratives. We will be joined by Alexander Kateb, Curator of Programming at Moderna Museet, who will tell us about the exhibition “Karol Radziszewski – The Classroom”, and Wendel Strömbeck, comics artist and educator, who will lead us in creating fanzines.
Together we will take part in short, creative exercises that make space both for meeting one another and for getting ideas flowing. We alternate between individual making and working in groups. All materials are provided, and no prior experience is required.
