Tokyo Style: Motohiko ODANI

In connection with the festival Tokyo Style in Stockholm, Moderna Museet is proud to present two video works by the artist Motohiko ODANI. One of the works, “Amoeba”, is newly produced and is exhibited here for the first time. The other video work, “Rompers”, has been exhibited widely and was one of the works that ODANI presented in the Japanese pavilion, during the Venice Biennial 2003.

Motohiko ODANI was born Kyoto 1972. Between the years 1995-1997 ODANI studied at the Tokyo National University of Art and Music, where he specialised in sculpture. Today ODANI works both with sculpture, video and photography.
