In conjunction with the exhibition, Moderna Museet is publishing the book Olafur Eliasson: Reality machines – a unique collaborative effort by Irma Boom, one of the world’s most celebrated graphic designers, and Olafur Eliasson. The book is available from 20 November.

Irma Boom has received many awards, made hundreds of books, 100 of which are in the permanent collection of the MoMA in New York. Irma Boom will present some of her projects and engage in a conversation with Hall of Femmes.

Hall of Femmes consist of Samira Bouabana and Angela Tillman Sperandio. The project was founded in 2009 and aims to highlight the work of women in art direction and design. It includes lectures, exhibitions, interviews and the publication of the Hall of Femmes book series, each book portraying a designer and her work through in-depth interviews.
