Trans-Warhol 3.0
29.3 2019 – 29.3 2019
Malmö
At the opening night of Warhol 1968 we present a transboundary performance; Trans-Warhol 3.0.
The world of dance may have been Warhol’s first meeting with culture, his first “scene”, which he came to transcribe in an almost scientific way with drawings and illustrations. In the performance “Trans-Warhol” it is Warhol’s ghost that resurrects, as a sensitive portrait far from pop scandals. It is also the rediscovery of an interdisciplinary creation that was generated in Geneva in 2007 by the Fluxum Foundation in collaboration with Kenneth Goldsmith, author of “All Your Mirror: the selected Andy Warhol interviews”.
