We welcome Kafé Sisko!

Now there will be “Smörrebröd” (danish buttered bread), good tastes, humor and creativity when Kafé Sisko moves in! This is what the trio says: “With the central address, we want to be a lively meeting place, a place for “gofika” (a good coffee), lunch and AW”. At the end of February, you will meet Kafé Sisko when you come to the museum – get to know them already now.

What do you get at Kafé Sisko?

We will serve our own version of Smörrebröd (buttered bread) and want to deliver quality drinking experiences at a good price. Smörrebröd works equally well with the morning coffee, as a lunch offering and goes well in the afternoon with a beer or a glass of wine. Of course, something sweet is also offered together with suitable drinks for both adults and children.

Who are Kafé Sisko?

We are Oskar, Ewelina and Chonladda who through Scandwich (the restaurant where Oskar is one of the co-founders) have worked together and gotten to know each other in recent years.
Kafé Sisko is the name, a name taken from Finnish and meaning sister. You could say that we are restaurant Scandwich’s younger sister: of course we come from the same family, but we don’t share the same parents. The kinship with Scandwich will be recognized in the form of good tastes, humor and creativity. With the central address, we want to be a lively meeting place, a place for “gofika” (a good coffee), lunch and AW.

We will also collaborate with Moderna Museet Malmö at various events, at parties in the house and also hope to organize some of our own events. We plan to move in at the end of February. Kafé Sisko is open five days a week, Wednesday – Sunday.
