Special Mention for Klara Lidén at la Biennale di Venezia!

At the Awards Ceremony 4 June the Jury awarded Klara Lidén a Special Mention:

“a confirmation of the strength of her work, its wit and rage, as well as its ability to bring the logic of public intervention into the museum space.”

Klara Lidén’s work Untitled, (Trashcan), 2011 is on display at the Arsenale in Venice.

The exhibition Klara Lidén at Moderna Museet can be seen till 9 October.

The Jury of the 54th International Art Exhibition of la Biennale di Venezia was comprised of Hassan Khan (President, Egypt), Carol Yinghua Lu (China), Letizia Ragaglia (Italy), Christine Macel (France) and John Waters (USA).
